Experienced Mediation and Arbitration

Rick Norris and Pete Schroeder have maintained active mediation practices for more than 30 years, having participated in Indiana’s initial mediation pilot program. As a result of their early mediation training, Norris and Schroeder were among the first certified mediators in Indiana in 1992. Since then, two experienced NCS attorneys have joined the mediation team, increasing our capacity and further solidifying this highly reputable NCS practice area. Additional mediators include Tom Bays and Mary Jo Wedding.
