Memories of 9/11, include lives lost, security breached, but also heroism from individual and corporate citizens. Bob Duncan, a lawyer at NCS, served as general counsel at Indianapolis International Airport on that fateful day 22 years ago.
In memory of 9/11, Bob spoke to the NCS team about 9/11 at the Airport, the Airport’s swift response to immediate changes to normal operational protocols, processing the additional 60 aircraft and their passengers that arrived as a result of the national airspace closure, the immediate security procedures that were implemented to protect citizens, and the thorough and efficient planning needed to restart airport operations as the national airspace reopened.
Thank you, Bob, for sharing your experience of this moment in history.
