NCS is immeasurably proud to announce Bob Duncan’s 2023 induction into the Indiana Aviation Hall of Fame (INAHOF) on October 7, 2023. Bob’s career in the aviation industry spans more than 40 years with the Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA), including the expansion of the Indianapolis International Airport, and in Indiana aviation law, for which Bob authored more than 30 Indiana statutes on airport zoning and management, aircraft and related taxation, and liability of aircraft owners.
NCS congratulated Bob and his family as the Indiana aviation community and NCS law firm colleagues celebrated Bob’s remarkable achievements Saturday evening.
