MICHELLE A. SPAHR was born in Portland, Indiana, in 1956. She received her Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Ball State University in 1978 and her Juris Doctor Degree from Indiana University School of Law, cum laude, in 1981.

Ms. Spahr was admitted to the Bar of the State of Indiana and the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Indiana in 1981. She was admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit in 1984.

Ms. Spahr was a member of Delta Sigma Rho-Tau Kappa Alpha, Phi Sigma Alpha, and Pi Gamma Mu. Ms. Spahr is the author of “Doctor Knows Best?” in 1977.

Ms. Spahr was a member of National Moot Court Competition and was a Justice, Moot Court Board of Barristers, 1979-1981. She is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana State Bar Associations. Her email address is mspahr@ncs-law.com.
