RICHARD L. NORRIS a graduate of Butler University and the Indiana University School of Law, has over thirty years of experience in all phases of civil litigation. He is a Registered Civil Mediator and is frequently selected as an arbitrator and medical review panel chairman. Mr. Norris has worked as an insurance underwriter and independent agent. He is an active pilot, having logged in excess of 3000 hours, and currently holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate with instrument and multi-engine ratings.
