KIRK LEBLANC was born in Alton, Illinois, on December 15, 1975.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Cedarville University in 1998, and his Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University in 2001. He was the Chief Justice of the Moot Court Society 2000-2001. His practice includes all aspects of litigation before the Indiana state and federal courts, including insurance defense litigation, products liability, construction law, insurance law, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, breach of contract, complex tort and governmental liability.
