CYNTHIA E. LASHER was born in Decatur, Indiana in 1978. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Political Science from Indiana University, Bloomington in 2000 and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Indiana University, Bloomington in 2003.
Ms. Lasher was admitted to the Bar of the State of Indiana and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana in 2003. Ms. Lasher is a member of the American Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association.
