THOMAS B. BAYS received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1986 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1990, both from Indiana University. He clerked for Judge V. Sue Shields of the Indiana Court of Appeals. In addition to his time in private practice, he spent several years as counsel for a property and casualty insurance company before he joined this firm.
